Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized customer service to customer's enquiries and complaints
Assist Customers to familiarize with the products
Provide troubleshooting for faulty products and to make recommendations

Requirements:
We are looking for people with a strong passion for customer service, enthusiastic and dedicated to deliver total customer satisfaction.
At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
Basic knowledge in computer set up such as ram upgrades
Possess basic knowledge of computer applications
A positive attitude, attentive listening and communication skills are essential
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
